Once you have placed an order with us an order confirmation will be sent to the e-mail address entered in the checkout process.
The order confirmation serves as a receipt and as a proof of your purchase. We encourage you to save your order confirmation for any future communication with us at Sparv Accessories.

Free home delivery to your mailbox (pick up point if the parcel cannot be delivered to your mailbox) with 3-8 business days delivery.
Delivery to pick up point or home delivery with DHL Parcel Connect is also available (at a cost of EUR 4.9) with 3-6 business days delivery.
Orders placed on weekends or on holidays are dispatched on the next coming business day or weekday.

You as a customer is responsible for entering in the correct shipping adress and contact details - these details cannot be changed once an order is placed and if wrong details are entered we can not guarantee delivery.
All prices are stated in EUR and includes VAT.
No import duties or custom fees apply for you as a customer.
5. Right to return
All returns are subject to a 4.9 EUR return cost and is deducted from the returned amount.
Delivery cost is not refunded.
All orders are entitled to a 30 day right to return period.
If you wish to make a return please follow our 3 step return process:
1. Contact us at [email protected] and include your order number and shipping address to get a prepaid shipping note for DHL Parcel Connect
2. Place the product in the original packaging from Sparv Accessories and wrap accordingly
3. Send back the package at your nearest DHL Parcel Connect pick up point and await our confirmation
Returned products must not be used (due to hygiene reasons) and be in the same condition as when you received your product and include original packaging.
If plastic packaging around the earrings has been broken you cannot return your earrings due to hygiene reasons.
Rings: if paper packaging around the ring is broken we do not accept the return
We reserve the right to reject returns if the returned product is not in original condition and as when you received your product at delivery.
We seek to handle returns and refunds as fast as possible. Please note that refunds are carried out with the same payment method as used for the original order and the return cost is deducted from the return amount.
Kindly contact us at [email protected] if you are not satisfied with the quality of your product or if the parcel and product has been damaged during transport to you and we will seek to help you.
If you return a faulty or damaged product please contact us before you dispatch your parcel so we can help you in the best possible way. If possible, please include a picture of the faulty goods to speed up the complaints process.
We kindly ask all customers to report faulty or damaged products as soon as possible after delivery for us to assist you in the best possible manner. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause
6.1 Reporting complaints
We kindly ask you to e-mail us at [email protected] when reporting a complaint to us. Please include your order number, name, shipping address and a short description of the complaint. Also, if possible please include any pictures or videos in the email, which will support us in helping you in the best possible way.
Kindly note that we reserve the right to reject the complaint if the product is not faulty according to relevant consumer legislation.
Sparv Accessories adheres to all rulings stipulated by EU and Swedish consumer laws.
7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
Kindly note that we take no responsibility for any indirect damage that may result from the usage of the product and which is caused by human error, such as normal use of the product, lost product, etc.
We accept no responsibility for delays or errors due to circumstances outside our control (Force Majeure). These circumstances may include global pandemics, labor conflicts, unexpected fire affecting operations, war, government decisions, union strikes, etc.
No liability is assumed for any changes in the product and its properties that arise by factors beyond our control and caused by normal usage of our product.
8. Product information
We reserve the right for any typing or printing errors on our website and related to our product information and descriptions. We do not guarantee that the images reflect the exact appearance of the products as a certain color difference may occur depending on light, photo quality and resolution. We always try expose our products as accurately as possible.
