Shipping

  • Home delivery (€4.9) 3-8 shipping (business) days depending on your location - free on orders over €59
  • Express delivery (€9.9) 2-5 business days to mailbox (pick up point if not possible to deliver to mailbox)
  • Pick up point DHL Parcel Connect (€9.9) 3-6 business days. Delivery to your closest DHL pick up point
  • Home delivery DHL Parcel Connect (€9.9) 3-6 business days. Delivery to your home
  • Available countries: Germany, France, Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Spain, Estonia, Lithuania and Latvia
  • Delivery to your mailbox (or your closest pick up point if mailbox is not available) 
  • Order confirmation is sent by e-mail following your purchase and serves as receipt of your purchase
  • Once we have dispatched your parcel you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail

Christmas gifts

  • All products arrive in our signature jewelry box, perfect for gifting.
  • Extended returns until 5 January
  • Delivery before Christmas Eve? Order by 17 December
  • Gift card – Treat someone to a piece they’ll love and purchase a digital gift card here. After checkout, a code will be emailed to you for use at the checkout. All gift cards are valid for 1 year from the purchase date.
  • Shipping to another address? Enter the details at checkout and we’ll send the package directly to the recipient.

Returns

  • All returns are subject to a 4.9 return cost and is deducted from the returned amount
  • Delivery cost is not refunded
  • 30 days right to return
  • Returned products must not be used (due to hygiene aspects) and be in the same condition as when you received your product and include original packaging
  • If plastic packaging around the earrings has been broken you cannot return your earrings due to hygiene reasons
  • Rings: if paper packaging around the ring is broken we do not accept the return
  • Return your order? Kindly follow our 3 step return process below:
    1. Contact us at [email protected] and include your order number and shipping address to receive a prepaid shipping label from DHL Parcel Connect
    2. Place the product in the original packaging box from Sparv Accessories and wrap accordingly
    3. Send back the package at your closest DHL Parcel Connect pick up point and await our confirmation
  • We seek to handle returns and refunds as fast as possible. Please note that refunds are carried out with the same payment method as used for the original order and the return cost is deducted from the return amount
  • If you return a single piece from a combo, the entire discount will be adjusted according to the returned piece.
